Managing Principal

David Moore has over 20 years of experience in real estate, finance, investment banking, and private equity.  Most recently, David was an SVP with EQ Office, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he oversaw strategy, asset management, and investment activity for an 11.0 million square foot portfolio of commercial office buildings across the U.S.  In his role at EQ, David led multiple complex redevelopment efforts, including the $1.1 billion Willis Tower project, led acquisitions and expansion into new markets, built and grew operations and asset management teams, and worked on over $3.0 billion of dispositions.  Prior to EQ, David worked for Hines Interests where he sourced, analyzed, and executed investment and development opportunities covering land, office, residential, and data centers.  At Hines, David’s development work included over $2.2 billion of total project capitalization with 3.2 million square feet of ground-up office development, 1.0 million square feet of ground-up residential development, and 1,200 rental apartment units.  Prior to Hines, David worked in private equity and corporate development at Henry Crown & Co, and investment banking with Credit Suisse First Boston.  David received a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
